We will work with you to prepare your home to go on the market, through the offer process, through negotiations after inspections and closing.  We will market your home to as many prospective buyers as possible through social media, advertising, marketing and picking up the phone and calling buyers directly.  We work hard for you.  We work with all brokerages to maximize the exposure of your home.  That is what’s best for you.  Most importantly, we keep you informed every step of the way.


IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOME, we will go to the ends of the earth to find you the home of your dreams!  We will search homes for sale as well as work to uncover homes before they come on the market.

We will walk you through the process of buying, whether you are paying cash for a home or obtaining a loan.  We will work with you and do our best negotiating to secure the price and terms you desire.  We will guide you through the inspection and disclosure process to determine the actual condition of the property so you can feel fully informed when moving forward with the purchase.

Prior to entering real estate, Marge spent 20 years as a marketing, advertising, and sales professional for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Porsche, Audi, and BFGoodrich where she developed and managed national marketing, sales, and advertising programs. She has been working in real estate for over 18 years and currently serves on the ethics and Pro-Standards committee of the local Association of Realtors.

Throughout her real estate career, Marge has served in leadership positions at her brokerages, as an instructor in agent training classes, and as Director of Mentoring for new agents. Her successful track record is based on effectively analyzing markets, identifying opportunities for clients, exceptional problem solving, and strong negotiating skills. Patricia Gardner, REALTOR®

A native of Medellin, Colombia, Patricia Gardner has lived in the United States since 1994 in cities that include Los Angeles and Miami. Early in her career, Patricia spent ten years with the Big Six consulting firm Arthur Andersen where she specialized in working with Fortune 500 companies to develop Customer Service strategies.

Ms. Gardner began her career in real estate while living in Guadalajara, Mexico where she worked as a Property Manager. Since that time, Patricia has been involved in real estate as a licensed agent, private investor and executor of a real estate trust. Over the years, Ms. Gardner has amassed a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties under management.

The combination of her two passions, Real Estate and Customer Service brought Patricia to Coldwell Banker where she proudly serves he clients with a combination of market knowledge, customer advocacy and attention to detail.
